Nicholson The area between Dryden Road and Forest Home Dr is a light gray area, which means most usages are permitted but D.Weinstein feels the area (on a hill) should be a V3 area in the interest of traffic safety. D. Weinstein feels special permits on large units will give the conununity more input. Some discussion was made on whether it would waste time, Jim Skaley commented on the importance of the community's opinion and the effect one building could have on the surrounding buildings. Kwasnowski explained that a site plan review is sufficient for certain projects. The Board discussed the method used to present information to the public regarding building within the community. M Hatch expressed concern about the public's interest in terms of a builders' ability to do their job. Some discussion was held about people having big yards. Nicholson explained that a form base code was an old idea that the Board has decided not to use. Hatch made a motion to propose the idea to the Town Board. The motion was seconded. All members voted in favor. Discussion on Schickel and Anderson's "Suggested Changes to the proposed Town of Dryden Zoning and Subdivision Laws" The Board will endorse the Suggested Changes pending review for specific mis- wording or problems. The next business meeting will be held 19 July. J. Laquatra made a motion to acknowledge any letter the PB receives with a formal 1) acknowledgement to the writer. �i fti� 0 C Anderson seconded the motion. All approve. The Planning Board moves that the To%mi Board adopts /passes the zoning resolution and they will consider public comments and move on them by September. Also, the Planning Board will make recommendations for any changes or amendments to the Town Board. M Hatch seconded the motion. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:45
