Sovoccol, seconded by Mr. Graham Ayes - Sovocool, VanBenscho�t�n, Cummings, Graham, Robinson WHEREAS, a request for a Variance of Sec: ti.on 15.8.1 of the Taawn of Groton Mobile Home Ordinance was filed on July 14, 1987, and WHEREAS, said application requests a variance to permit replacement of an existing pion- conforming mobile hoi�Le with a conforming mobile home (14 x 70) on property owned by Laurence & Carol Devlen at 455 G Salt road being a portion of Tax Map Parcel No. 27-1- 39 and containing li:.% i acxes,_of' 1' and w7.t,h '-=frontage, with an existing one family residence occupied by the Devlen's, and WHEREAS, the Town Board on July 14, 1987, at 8:30 P.M, heard testimony and reviewed Ehvironmental Impact Statement (EIS) Toin and determined that it is an unlisted action gold will have no significant impaot.
