SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on December 20, 1982 at the Town Hall, 15 Terr-
ace Road, Cortland, New York with Supervisor Nadolski
presiding.
Board members present were: Supervisor Nadolski;
® Councilman Pierce;,Councilman O'Donnell and Town Clerk,
Pauline Parker.
Also present was Deputy Town Clerk, June Bradshaw.
Supervisor Nadolski called the meeting to order at
4:30 P.M..
RESOLUTION # 242 AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF FUNDS A1990.4
TO Ail 12.4
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS as stated at the July 19, 1982 regular meeting
the town would receive 75% aid for the bridge in Blodgett
Mills, as the result of a highway bond application, and
that money could be used to pay for the highway garage
insulation, and
WHEREAS there was an emergency at the bridge on Bennie
Road, in Cortlandville, a new culvert needed to be pur-
chased, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the budget officer is hereby authorized
and directed to transfer monies in the sum of $ 11,935.00
from A1990.4 (Contingent Account) to A5132.4 (Garage
Contractual).
RESOLUTION # 243 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that the vouchers submitted have been
audited and shall be paid as follows with the exception
of General Fund Vouchers # 493 and # 494 in the total
amount of $ 74.75, which shall be paid excluding any
mileage for all arraignments now and in the future because
it is illegal:

RESOLUTION # 244 AUTHORIZE ISSUANCE OF A TRAILER PERMIT
TO EDWARD DUNN
Motion by Councilman Pierce
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS an application for a trailer permit has been
received, and the premises have been inspected, and approved,
by the Zoning Officer, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a house trailer permit to Edward
Dunn, upon payment of the proper fee. Said trailer to be
located at R.D.# 1, Box 93A, Ames Road, Cortland; New
York, in the Town of Cortlandville.
RESOLUTION # 245 ALL 1982 VOUCHERS MUST BE SUBMITTED
BY DECEMBER 30, 1982
Motion by Councilman Pierce
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that all 1982 vouchers be submitted to the
Town Clerk no later than December 30, 1982.
Councilman Pierce made a motion, seconded by Council-
man O'Donnell to adjourn the special meeting. All voting
aye, the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 P.M..
