Goals and Objectives
V working draft
Henry Slater passed along and idea presented by Gordon Deibler who
thought it might be helpful to take a look at where development
has centered itself over the past 10 years. George Frantz agreed to plot out
a base map of the Town determining where building permits have been
1SSUed.
Marty ChristotTerson made some suggestions via a letter (available on
file). One suggestion was to simplifying some of the terminology
presented in the comprehensive plan.
Cluis Michaels suggested that the Board document the process of
developing the Master flan and collect data from past plans.
Chairperson Barbara Caldwell suggested incorporating a means to
develope intennunicipal cooperation.
It was agreed that a glossary of terms should be added to the
Comprehensive Plan. Examples of terms to be listed include Cluste r
subdivision, Frontaa lots, and Steep slope lots,
Board completed Cornell Flowing Water survey.
