Revitalization Proiect and it's impact on the c()rrkrnunity. Ken
1-inkelstein, a Marna resident, also spoke: about the potential i'or
community groWth thFLO Ugh the re vitalization process_ He voiced
concerns about what would become of the neighborhood ifzoning were
not amended,

becoming a Hamlet District_ He listed steps that need to be taken in
order for Varna Representatives to be granted a /,oning amendment
(Moratoria).
