Lyscn who was quoted in the local media voicing concems about the Town's comprehensive land use plark, Al So noted that Henry distributed a copy of a letter from Judith D. Healey regarding water and sewer dis#ricts of West Dryden_ Asked the Board if they had all looked over the minutes from the January meeting. Asked if there were any additions or corrections_ With n additions or corrections, asked for a motion to approve the January minutes. M, CHRISTOFFERSON: k+00n to approve minutes. R. H. SLATER: Very few criticisnns. The popular criticism was conoeming the cast of installing municipal water and sewer. Gave copies of Dave Putnam's suggestion on changing the phrasing. Also pointed out the numbering error_ D. GRANTHAM: Concern about the proposed revision for cost of installatiorf being misleading. D. WEINSTEIN: Agreed that the original phrasing was attempting to make an estimate of the approximate cost whereas the revision reflects what is considered a reasonable amount to pay, CHAIR CALDWELL, Splitting up the costs makes it appear as though there is a range. 4 i M. CHRI TOFFERSON: Preferred the first draft in relationship to the installation costs. CHAIR ALDWELL: Asked Mfr_ Logue what would be statistiCally meaningful? T. LOUE: Suggested a range and adding an option for the resident stating that they are not interested. M. CHRI TOFFERSON: Need for expansion of choices in question 1, Sorne areas are not included. D. WEIN TEIN: Suggested a map attached to survey with numbers indicating areas that a resident could identify ith- M. CHRISTOFFERSON: Question 9 does not include rural development, R. TURE EK: Anywhere possible efleornpasses all_ CHAIR ALDWELL: Add a choice for °scattered few density/rural areas on large lots." L. GRIFFIN: Expand question 7 to MCI ude more than one employed person, D. WEINSTEIN: Charge to °circle all that apply." T. LDGUE: Add something to reflect the number of employed people in the 0 household_ D. WEIN TEIN: Suggestion to add an open -ended question regarding what residents Iike about their town, R. CHAIR CALDWELL: Change question 20 to "How would you describe the traffic in your area? -Too fast -Too much congestion =Not a problem -Too much truck traffic -Other 0 2 { M.
