ALSO PRESENT: TIM LEONARD, DEB. GRANTHAM, ONE SPECTATOR, KEVIN EZELL AND, AND .HENRY SLATER. The meeting was called to order by Acting Chair. Joseph Lalley, Re: PLEASANT MOUNTAIN SUBDIVISION The Planning Board has received a written communication from William F. Albern, P.C. requesting an extension for the Pleasant Mountain Subdivision. Erica Evans moved to approve the requested extension for the Pleasant Mountain Subdivision of one hundred and eighty days. Second by Gordon Deibler Discussion: Richard Turecek was concerned about granting extensions and suggested that it be granted contingent on accomplishments being made within the 180 days. Henry Slater stated that Mr. Hovanec had indicated to him that the lending institutions were hesitant in advancing money to built infrastructure when none of the lots were sold. He has indicated he is setting aside his own proceeds, but needs time to build a base. Mr. Lalley noted that any additional extension will have to be granted by the Board. Vote Yes. (4) Gordon Deibler, Richard Turecek, Daniel Brooks and Erica Evans Granted. Be HOW DOES IT DEAL WITH THE AESTHETICS OF TOWERS? 16 Minimize the obstruction of the beauty of the vicinity /area. 2. Minimize obstruction of views. Co CO- LOCATIONS. L Maximize the use of towers ( for multiple carriers) 2. Existing strictures. D. RETURN SITE TO PRECONSTRUCTION CONDITION. L A performance bond placed with the Town for removal and site restoration once the owner no longer wants to use the facility. 29 Non - transferable from it specific intended use for which it was installed. 3.
