MEMBERS PRESENT: CHAIRWOMAN BARBARA CALDWELL, MITCHELL LAVINE,
CLAUDIA BRENNER, JOSEPH LALLEY, MICHAEL HATTERY, AND ROBERT
FLETCHER.
ALSO PRESENT: Ronald Roberts, Henry Slater, Clinton Cotterill
and Steve Moore.
The meeting of March 2.1, 1991 was called to order at 8:00
P.M. by Barbara Caldwell.
