Present for the presentation was Mrs. Rotunda. She stated when the subdivision was originally done, they kept the strip in question for modification for the purpose of accessing their land in back for horses. They no longer own the land they needed access for, and wish to sell it to an existing parcel owner incorporating it with his lot. • 0 After discussing the issues and looking at the map provided it was noted that the Board would need: 1. A letter from the Tompkins County Health Department stating that the 1.04 acres would be enough for the lot left. At least a short environmental form to modify the previous EAF. 3. Schedule a Public Hearing. Discussion pursuant to members receiving minutes from all board meetings determined that the majority only wished list of action items. Claudia Brenner suggested doing away with flag lots and make a proposal concerning frontage and density. The issue of Section 281, "CAN WE GO AHEAD AND USE IT WITHOUT SPECIFIC CASE BY CASE TOWN BOARD APPROVAL" - WOULD ELIMINATE NEED FOR AWKWARD FLAG LOTS.
