SKETCH CONFERENCE for the proposed lot line modification
• of an existing ROTUNDA SUBDIVISION on PEAR CIRCLE off YELLOW
BARN ROAD was heard.
Present for the presentation was Mrs. Rotunda. She stated when
the subdivision was originally done, they kept the strip in
question for modification for the purpose of accessing their
land in back for horses. They no longer own the land they
needed access for, and wish to sell it to an existing parcel
owner incorporating it with his lot.

After discussing the issues and looking at the map provided
it was noted that the Board would need:
1. A letter from the Tompkins County Health Department
stating that the 1.04 acres would be enough for the lot
left.
At least a short environmental form to modify the
previous EAF.
3. Schedule a Public Hearing.

Boards to attend the Planning Board meetings? If there was a
delegate from our Board to attend other meetings?
B. Caldwell stated that technically the coordination has been
through our Town,Board liaison, Ronald Roberts. He would like
us to change back to the third Thursday.
CLAUDIA BRENNER MOVED THAT, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE
OTHER MEMBERS NOT PRESENT, THE PLANNING BOARD MEET THE THIRD
