Ron Chase, Kenneth Friedman and Ronald Roberts 1. Sketch Conference - Bob Beech (Modifying Subdivision) After reviewing the requested materials, it was the general consensus of the Board that a Public Hearing would be held on Thursday, May 19, 1988. 2. Sketch Conference - Villiam Gettig (Subdivision) A Sketch Conference was held to review the proposal submitted by Mr. Gettig to develop an industrial park off Route 13 across from New York State Electric & Gas. This subdivision would be called Pine Woods Commerce Park. There will be approximately 18 lots and it will take 8 to 10 years to complete. The total subdivision is 22 acres. There is a road bed already located on the land. We will be building it up to the Town's specifications before turning it over to the Town. The project is in three stages. After discussion it was felt that the Board would need to review an Engineer's Report, Environmental Assessment Form, and a Preliminary Plat is Plan. After reviewing the requested materials, it was the general consensus of the Board that a Public Hearing could be held on Thursday, May 19, 1988. • 3. Sketch Conference - Mr. Varn (Subdivision) A Sketch Session was held to review the proposal from M subdivision on the Dryden Road near Stevens Furniture. subdivision is 835 feet wide and 1600 feet deep.
