Property involved is located at 222 McLean- Cortland Road (Parcel 39- 1 -22). The parcel has 125 feet of frontage and is 152 feet deep. Sewage system and well are already their and in working order. There is an existing two car garage on lot. Use of lot ceased over one year ago (323.1 - Non - conforming activity abandoned).
