• M. Lavine chaired the meeting. Also present: J. Lee, R. Lampila, H. Slater
Absent: Caldwell, BobnIck, Chase
The Planning Board met with applicants Haugen and Westerling to discuss the
proposed Mobile Home Park on West Dryden Rd.
The Planning Board field a Public Hearing on the application of Mr. Keech for
subdivision approval. Mr. Keech was present. There was no comment from the
public. The data available was incomplete. No action was taken.
Dr. Zwart was present regarding possible Town relinquishment of the righ of Way
off Crystal Drive. There was a question of the road possibly being needed In
the future. There was concern about possibly setting a precedent. No action
was taken.
There was a discussion on working sessions for zoning to be held on a
regular basis, preferably the first Thursday of the month with the exception
of October.
Also, in the draft of the minutes the spelling of Mr. LaMotte's name is
Mr. Lamont.
