RE: Zoning Analysis – 109 Homestead Road
I have reviewed the project materials “New House – 109 Homestead Road”, dated February 3, 2022, and have
determined that the project does not require any variances to be constructed as currently proposed. The
current proposal complies with the use and area requirements for the R-1a district, as applicable to the site.
Any future changes to the proposed use or building envelope may result in the need to attain a variance. Please
