OF PUBLIC TO ARGUE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING SIX UNITS WITH HEARING AS PUBLISHED IN THE ITHACA (SIXTEEN PEOPLE.' MS, BEENERS STATED THE REASON SHE WANTED IT SENT BACK TO THE PLANNING BOARD WAS TO ARGUE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING SIX UNITS WITH THE SAME NUMBER OF PEOPLE THE PLANNING BOARD HAD RECOMMENDED. (SIXTEEN PEOPLE.' OR SIXTEEN PEOPLE, BEENERS THAT WITH SIX UNITS LESS), WITH RATHER THAN HAVE FOUR APARTMENTS AND WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE; THE PLANNING BOARD TEN BEDROOMS, WOULD BE MORE IN KEEPING WITH THE AREA, BEENERS JOHN ANDERSON, COUNTY TEST HOLES, ANALYZED CAPABILITY ON THE ALSO HEALTH THE SITE FOR SUBMITTED TO PLANNING BOARD FROM DEPT. A LETTER STATING HE HAD DUG SOIL AND DECIDED THERE WASN'T EVEN THE SEPTIC SYSTEM FOR 24 PEOPLE, BUT ADEQUATE FOR SIXTEEN. LETTER FROM ANDERSON WAS BEFORE THE BOARD TO REVIEW. , PUBLIC RESPONSE: CAN'T SEE ANY REASON NOT TO APPROVE THE PROJECT BILL FREDERICKS: - NEIGHPORHOOD DEPT. AND HELP TAXES. TO PROJECT, BUT TOWN BOARD NEEDS TO TO SLOW PEOPLE DOWN ON THIS ROAD. --------- - - - -- THIS WILL HELP THE ED ROBERTS: NO OBJECI'ONS GET AFTER THE SHERIFF'S SUPERVISOR BURDICK: STATED WOULD DISGREE AND WE HAVE THAT PROBABLY NO ONE ON THE BOARD HEARD IT ABOUT ALL ROADS. BEENERS_: ASKED THAT ADVERSE IMPACT ON THE BOARD GROUND CONCUR THAT THERE WOULD BE NO WATER OR WATER QUALITY, AIR QUALITY, NOISE.' LEVELS THAT APPEAR ON THE BACK OF THE SEAR FORM, DISCUSSION_ CONTINUED: BEENERS CONTINUES AND QUESTIONS NUMBER ONE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF POLUTION, WE'VE GOT JOHN ANDERSON'S APPROVAL, AS FAR AS NOISE LEVELS AND TRAFFIC PATTERNS, WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT A VERY'DENSE.USE.,.BL•;CAUSE OF THE TYPE OF TENANTS. WITH NEW SIX APARTMENTS, IT WOULD BE OWNER- OCCUPIED AND MANAGED, COUPLES AND SINGLE GRAD STUDENTS. ROAD IS CAPABLE TO HANDLE ADDITIONAL, TRAFFIC, DRIVE -WAY WOULD BE PUT OUTSIDE OF THE CURVE IN A SAFER LOCATION. PLANT AND ANIAML WISE THERE IS A LOT OF OPEN SPACE THAT WILL BE CONSERVED AND NO ADVERSE EFFECT ON WILD LIFE OR PLANTS. COMMUNITY PLANS AND GOALS: WE ARE COMPLYING WITH THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND TYPE OF HOUSING WE ARE USING IS CONSISTENT WITH WHAT MOST DANBYITES GENERALLY WANT TO SEE HERE. WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN DOWN THE ROAD, AS A RESULT OF APPROVAL, I HAVE SET ASIDE ALMOST SEVEN AND HALF ACRES FOR THIS UNIQUE USE, ANY OTHER APARTMENT PROPOSALS,•YOU WOULD BE REVIEWING INDEPENDENTLY, AS SEPARATE ACTIONS.
