sets as read &
added to. Seconded by P.
Underwood.

on site & had
to go
through subdivision approval
procedure.
Had map &
letter from P.
Winn
to S. Stewart (on file).
Mr. Winn present. Stated map by G. Schlecht was incorrect & had been
revised. P. Underwood motion to approve. Seconded by H. Slater.
VOTE ALL YES CARRIED
P. Winn also spoke about Stage II of Country Trace (7 lot
continuation of Bridle Lane). Each lot would be in excess of one acre.

Be Caldwell spoke briefly on
workshop she'd
attended.
Suggested
Board take.a look at General Plan
& pinpoint areas
needing
updating
in zoning ordinance.
L. Flemming & M. Alexander present to discuss an idea they had about
developing a subdivision based around Greystone Farm on Caswell Rd. for
folks interested in horses. Have over 80 acres of land there for housing,
trails, & possible indoor arena. Curious as to what steps should be taken
in what order; and if idea seemed feasible. Will probably return next
month with further plans & ideas.
