Others Presents Ed Roberts (Bald Hill), Loren Stevens, Alan Wagner The meeting was called to order at 702 F.M. Minutes of the September 8 meeting were unanimously approved as submitted, Minutes of the September 16 meeting were unanimously approved as read., since copies had not yet been made., Joel asked the other members of the Board if in the Gra evine weekly newspaper about the Gunderman Road "Fngleharts Sew Angelhearts" What started as a horse occupation is apparen moving into the barn which is being remodels .After discussion, Joel was asked to contact see if any permits had been issued for the u they had seen the article Engleharts'business on , Oct. 8), None had, tly being scaled up, d to accomodate it, the zoning officer to ork in the barn, Alan Wagner approached the Board: for information about how to proceed in subdividing and developing'a piece of land off of the Coddington Road in the event, he acquired it, Ed Roberts brought to the Board's attention the potential problem of liability for the.Town in allowing -oeople to build houses far back from Town road?s. Work on the Draft Zoning Ordinance followed, covering pages 33� 39. The following changes were made. Section 135.4. Retail Agri- cultural Sales. All material following "retail sales of agricul- tural products" was deleted, Section 135.5 Field and. Forest Production, The phrase "including sod" was added after "orchard crops" Section 136 Extractive Activities. Topsoil was added to the list of products mined, in the descriptive opening sentence of this section. Sections 140, 141, and 142 were passed. over pending research to answer §everal questions raised about, them. The Board agreed to meet; again on October 29 to work further on the Draft Ordinance, Meeting adjourned at 10 :08 P.M, submitted by Joel Gagnon
