PLANNING BOARD
November 21, 1985
Planning Board met November 21, 1985, Chr, B. Caldwell called meeting to
order 8:10 PM. Members present ;'P. Underwood, B. Lavine, Chr. B. Caldwell,
• H. Slater, R. Lampila, & Z.O. S. Stewart. Absent; R. Beck & R. Chase. Also
present; M. Perkins, Town Attorney.
Minutes of Oct. 10, Oct. 17, & Nov. 14 read. 11 -14 minutes amended -
"members looked at plans from J. Comerford (Woodlands) & T. Morse (Imperial
Woods)" P Underwood made motion to approve as amended. Seconded by H. Slater.
VOTE ALL 17ES . CARRIED
P Underwood made motion to approve minutes of Oct. 10 & Oct. 17 meeting.
Seconded by R. Lampila.
VOTE ALL YES CARRIED
B. Caldwell had summary from Town Board minutes with their resolution
on two mobile home parks. Lists of concerns from both Planning & Town Boards
same. Representatives from both Imperial Woods & Woodlands present. Reviewed
both parks separately with following suggestions for each. (After lengthy
discussion on each point of concern from 11 -14 work session.)

screening & buffers - wooden fence
& evergreen shrubs

B. Lavine - Committee formed last summer - "County Land & Airport Study ". Dryden
unrepresented on committee - proposed resolution - Planning Board recommends the
Town Board'appoint someone to represent Town of Dryden on this committee.
R. Lampila seconded. No further discussion.
