Planning Board

4he Planning Board met for a special mapping.session on Jan 22, at
5 with members B. Lavine, H. Slater, J. Hunt, R. Lampila, and Z. 0.
S. Stewart present. Town Board representative G. Schlecht, joined us at
8:45, after the Town Board Meeting.
After about two hours of deliberating about what areas to designate as
M A zones, the following proposals were made..
Proposal # 1 - Change the existing C B zone North of the village of
Dryden to an M A zone from Route 13 West and leave the East side of Route
13 a C B zone.
Proposal # 2 - The M A zone near the airport boundries will include
tax map numbers as follows:
Southern bound-ry as fart West and including lot # 43 -1 -21.2 along the
West border of lot ?� 43 -1 -21.2 and East along the North border up to and
Including lot ,# 421 -9.2 and lot i# 42- 1-1.1. and the Southern portion of
lot # 42 -1-30 as far as the abandoned Stevens Rd, down Stevens Rd.. to
Lower Creek Rd.
The next meeting will be Feb. 21, at 8:00 when the main topics for
discussion will be;
1. Develop a guideline for Sight Review Process.
A comment - What is involved in sight review
one session.
2. Do we need to redefine M A zone?
3. What else may need to be "redone."
