HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-05-01• Town of Dryden Zoning Board of Appeals May 1st, 1984 The Zoning Board of Appeals met on Maylst, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. with mem- bers Charles Hatfield, Nick LaMott, Chairman Bob Keech, and Zoing Officer Sibley Stewart present. The meeting was called to order at 7:37 P.M. by Chairman Bob Keech for the purpose of considering the application of Dan Schmoe and Billie Conger of 2035 Dryden Road requesting a variance for setback requirement of 90 feet from the road to build an additional greenhouse at 2035 Dryden Road. Billie Conger was present at the public hearing and was asked if the new greenhouse would be even with the last greenhouse and she said yes. Bob Keech looked at the site and found the greenhouse would not pose any visibility problems, however, he noted if the Four Seasons continued to grow, he suggested more and better parking be provided. No one was present to speak for or against the granting of this variance. There were no further questions. Bob Keech moved that this variance be granted. Second by Charles Hat- field. Vote- all yes.
