Dollaway, representative from the Town Bd, C. Evans, and Z,0 tewart. d I Corrections to the June 16th minutesiwere made by J. Hunt saying that C. Evans is not a member of the P1. Bd., but, the. representat ive from the Town Bd. to the Pl. Bd. J. Hunt moved that the minutes be accepted as amended. Second by'E. Dollaway. Vote- all yes. I Old Business If The Bd. continued working on the wording of the site plan review procedure for cooperatives and condominiums. B. Lavine asked if there is a definition for the word residential as in 4line 4 page:l of the drdit,',They discussed what they would like it to mean. A question was asked of'how many units do we want to be concerned with. B. Lavine pointed out where it says "60% of the use shall be... ", and wondered what is the unit being used for percentage. i pg. 1, line 4- define residential,with a side question about mixed usage and size threshold of concern. Concern on lines 5 and 60 If the ownership ! pattern on the site changes, three peoples backyards are going to be commonly owned space. Don't we need it graphic- ally presented? Line 5, the word building(s) or another term to include land. Line 6, Zoning Enforcement Officer should be Planning Board. The P1. Bd. is re- quiring it. The ZEO will inform the applicant. Lines 6 thru 9- use the sub - division sketch plan submission wording and amend. Lines 9, 10, and 11 as is. Lines 21 and 22 combined- a sketch of,the site including A. topography, B. build- ings location, improvements and C. major natural features. Line 25 pg. 1- Change ZEO to Planning Board. In writing to the Pl. Bd. chairman or to-.,the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs. befor the P1. Bd. meeting. The meeting itself is the formal time of submission. Line 28- all codes have to be revised, sub - division, zoning. pg 2, no location, disign, and construction material of all energy distribution facilities. pg 3, to all features relating to solar access of this and adjacent sites. pg. 3, u., wording of old to Lines 1 to 3 are ok. Lines 4 to 6- omit. pg. 3, line 26- the adequacy of 'usable open space for play areas and informal recreation. pg 4, 1. solar access. j pg. 4, line 6- ZEO'instead of building inspector. pg. 4, line 7- strike conservation council; highway commissioner instead of com- mission of public works. . Line 13- .'..preliminary site plan and if so a $25.00 fee will be paid ;to._the Town Cl a erk ten days before the public hering. Line 25, pg. 5- Mahlon Perkins please help with the writing of an estimated pro ject schedule. Concern is garding against a paper project. pg. 4, line 14- The Pl.
