since we first studied it in 1976.
Cotterill,
appeared before
the
Town Board to present
plans for a
proposed
new `_Town
road. Under Town

you then referred the
proposal to
the
Planning
Board for review
and
recommendation,
(an Environmental
Assessment
As requested, Mr. Stevens appeared before the Planning Board on May 21, 19810
This was
the third occasion the issue had been before the Planning Board.
There have
been no apparent
changes
since we first studied it in 1976.
There is
no precedent for
this type
o.f request in the memory of the
Planning
Board. While we
have asked
for some additional information
(an Environmental
Assessment
form as
required by law, a copy of a letter
from Mr.
Humphrey which lair
Stevens
referrer] to, and a contour map), it
is our recommendation
at this
point
that we reaffirm our earlier
decision
and recommend to
the Town Board that the request be denied.
