TAGLIAVE:NTO PRESENTED THE MAP OF PROPOSED GARAGE SITE AND HANDED OUT COPIES OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FORM, WALTER SCZEPANSKI ASKED ABOUT THE FENCE,' AREA AND .ABOUT AUTO SALVAGE EXTENDING AREA OF JUNK CARS, CLMN. TAGLIAV14jTNT0 SHOWED THE AREA OF THE,' FENCE AND ROADWAY OF THF, MAP OF PROPOSED ROAD. DISCUSSION REGARDING DESIGN OF BUILDING AND JOEL GAGNON GAVE CLMN, TAGLIAVE:NTO PLANS ON SOLAR HEAT. DISCUSSION ON BURIED TANKS AND HERB 1?NGMAN EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING TANKS BEING BURIED AND LEAKAGE OF SALT AND ETC. CLMN. DIETRICH SAID THEY WILL GET APPROVAL AND DO EVERYTHING RIGHT' REGARDING BURIED TANKS. HERB ENGMAN ASKED ABOUT QUESTION # 24f ON Sh'QR REVIEW BEING ANSWERED NO, WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN YES AS THERE WILL BE FINANCING FOR THIS PROJECT. CLMN DIETRICH ANSWERED THAT IT WILL BE FINANCED THROUGH REVENUE SHARING, LOCAL DOLLARS GO TO FEDERAL AND BACK. STATING TOMPKINS CAROL COUNTY SCZEPANSKI SHOULD CONSIDER PET 11IIE CEMETARY AS IT IS A VIABLE IT WAS BUSINESS VENTURE AND FEELS THERE,' IS A NEED FOR THIS IN OUR AREA. HE HAS APPROXIAMATELY 25 ACRES AND .IT WOULD BE FOR CATS AND DOGS SAME AS PEOPLE CEMETARY, HERB ENCAMN QUESTIONED ABOUT DECEASED ANIMALS ?. ROBERT DUTCHER EXPLAINED THAT THEY WOULD FOLLOW STRICT GUIDELINE..'S FROM THE HEALTH DEPT. HE STATED THAT HE HAS BREEDED DOGS FOR 15 YEARS AND THAT THERE I.S ONLY ONE DISEASE KNOWN AS CANINE PYRO VIRUS. CLMN, DIETRICH ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? CAROL SCZEPANSKI STATED THAT 11IIE PLANNING BOARD THOUGHT IT WAS AN EXCELLENT IDEA, MR, DUTCHER PRESENTLY DOES NOT OWN THE LAND IN QUESTION'AND ® THAT ANY APPROVAL WAS CONTINGENT UPON FINAL PURCHASE OF LAND.
