Dann Mr. Bonn chaired meeting due to Mrs. Caldwell being out of town. Our meeting had a quorum, so any decisions to be made could be done. Mr. Lavine is concerned about getting an answer on this resolution. Mr. Cor Drost, who is planning a sub - division in Ellis • Hollow, asked about approving one section of .road to be conveyed to Town of Dryden. Road is same as it was four or five years ago when they put in more of Woodland Road. When put in before they went further than suppose to go. i i Mrs: Drost will contact Greg Humphrey on approving turn - around.. Planning Board -2- February 21, 1980 I; Based on Mr. Humphrey's report to the Planning Board, we could schedule final approval at next meeting. Mr. Lavine suggested that dimension of the area be known so the Planning Board can be sure that the driveway is fronting on what will be public road.
