Feb. 15" 1980.
My surveyor has completed the field work. on the
Upper Ellis Highlands subdevelopment, so I'd like to prepare for the
final Planning Board approval. During the Nov. '79 meeting in which
the preliminary plat was approved it was noted that a town official
would have to inspect the Woodland Road extension, which I plait to
convey to the Town of Dryden. The enclosed Map (slightly different
from the preliminary plat) shows the 0.04 Ac. under question. As I
stated on the meeting, a hard - surfaced road already exists here.
Apparently, the Ellis Highlands developer put in more road than he
conveyed to the Town.

know whether a
straight conveyance
of
this section meets
Town
Planning
Board approval.
