A section of Tompkins County Health Department's new
law states where easements and right of ways could affect
the installation or operation of the sewage disposal systems
mm -m- pertains to above mentioned lots.
It was suggested by Mrs. Caldwell that the planning
board give approval of lots one and two and later, if the
Health Department gives approval, approve lots three and
four.
The planning board unanimously approved above sugges-
tion for lots one and two only.
Other Discussion.
It was noted that no word has been receivedfrom
Helen Amdur or Town Board concerning our motion on nuclear
waste disposal made at the P1`anning Boards meeting of
April 20, 1978.
