Mnorx Drawing:
Last time looked at
tion concerning right of
who owned parcel of land
regarding the wells.
Have done following:
this drawing, there was a ques-
way across railroad, find out
in question, and do some changes
1) acquired the 50' right of way.
2) the parcel of land in question belongs to
Besemer Gravel. They have come to an agree-
ment to convey a section to Mnorx so be divi-
ded as marked per plans, between two lots,
except Besemer to retain 50' right of way tol
.
give access to future public road.
3) plan to get bids on the road and if satis-
factory to post bond so road can be built.
4) have verbal agreement with Health Depart-
ment concerning the well, but nothing in
writing, to work out a way to do work.
Approved above drawing unanimously with following
conditions:
1) final Health Department approval.
2) road either built to town specifications or
bond, satisfactory to Helen Amdur, is posted.1

Other discussions.

Discussed the joint meetingheld by the town board
with town and village people, TC3 and George Junior?
Republic concerning Route 13. Nothing definite decided
due to oppositions on proposed plans. Frank Liguori to
draw another set of plans for future meeting.
The Town Board accepted our recommendations con-
cerning permits for small access buildings and pools.
A permit not required for a pool not designed for more
than three feet of water, was accepted with some dis-
cussion. They did want something stating that anything
that didn't require permits, such as small buildings or
pools, must meet set back requirements per ordinance.
A short discussion on poor visibility at Sapsucker
Woods Road. It was decided to see Greg Humphrey to see
if town of Dryden maintains any of the road. Also, we
to make some recommendations as to what to do for im-
provements. Discuss at next meeting.
Respectfully submitted;
