Town of Dryden -- Planning Board

A topigraphic map, of a thirty $$0), lot development next to
Crystal Drime, was, presented by George Schlect, engineer,
Phil Winn, Bob Hawkness and Jim Murphy., The map showed one
entrance, 200 ft., and terminating in two circles. Lot sizes
would be minimum of one acre to one and a half acres each.
The.discussion

on
drainage,
grading
and fifty foot
existing
right
of
wayfrom
previous
development.
Drainage.
• Problem with water runoff whehryheavy rains. If cah turn
water into a natural gully to carry it off.
Grading:
Concern.about intersection. Winter plowing by Highway
Department. Keeping grading under 8 %.
Right of Way:
Existing from previous development. If deeded over.
See if can tie into so as to have another exit for
emergency way out. Check with Greg Humphrey to see
if any value for use.
There were not enough members for a quorum. It was decided
to go ahead with preliminary sketch showing connectiorr to
right of way. Return to full planning board for comments.
