B.,Caldwell reviewed the work of the County Planning Board. The Co. Planning Dept. will be preparing some guidelines for use by towns in adjusting their zoning ordinances to better reflect the new Health Dept. requirements. John Haight appeared for Brian Grinter., P.E., of Cortland who is considering; a project on tax parcel 36 -1 -19, approx. 50ac. total, with parcels of approx. 2 acres. Proposed 2 phases - #1 on ridge. Stream appears to be.:3rd order. Health Dept. has been checking, J. Calhoun has also checked, D.O.T has been contacted. Planning Board concern expressed over road. Possibly smaller frontage'may be problem with lots proposed on south side of stream due to topography and length of road. Estimate 20 lots in phase #1.. Possibly 2 roads needed. Mr. Grint er will be at the December meeting to present a more detailed sketch. B. Caldwell
