1. Public Hearing - MNORX Inc, subdivision - F. Jansen
Mr.Jansen reported that the 5 units were built in 1969 for rental
purposes and the company would now like to sell them separately. He
has investigated the road and design problems which the Planning
Board had discussed with him previously. There is now apparently a '
different owner for the portion of land between Lots #2 & 3, a Mr.
Russell who will be approached for the land necessary to make them
of adequate size without having-to relocate wells and /orseptic systems.
The Railroad is willing to sell a permanent Right of Way but there may
be a question of additional liability for the Town which would not be
satisfactory to the Planning Board. This is being checked with Helen
Amdur. No one appeared for the hearing. The Planning Board made the
following requirementsea) Railroad crossing situation be straightened
out with H. Amdur, b) arrange with Mr. Russell for additional:alnd
to augment lots 2 & 3 and will arrange for 50' R.O.W. for Mr. Russell's
use, c) take care that the current road where it it not in the proposed
ROW (road) will be eliminated or blocked off, d) Lot #4 with its proposed)
50' frontage is acceptable to the Planning Board in concept, e)Health
Dept. okax is needed, f) Mr. Jansen will maintain driveway during this
winter, g) bond for road okay if otherconditions meta

Board can sponsor inforamtional sessions and distribute inforamtion to
assess public opinion.
•3. Discussion of swimming pools and small buildings...whht should be
exempt from building permits... After lengthy discussion it was
Moved, 2nd and Carried that buildings which are not attached to other
buildings, and having not more than 150 sq. feet should be exempted from
the building permit requirement.
Moved, 2nd and carried that any swimming pool, not designed fora depth
of 3' or more of water whould be exempt from a building permit.'
4. The question of fences for swimming pools will be discussed with
attorney Amdur.
