1. Mr. James Murphy presented a more detailed map of what he proposes to
subdivide on Kimberly /Lake. 7 lots. #1,2 &3 150'x361 -5001, #4,5,6 &7 on
proposed new road. Some suggestions were made to improve the angle of the
proposed road which was very sharp on the sketch. Other suggestions were
made on lot sizes to increase them to 1.25A approx. The map, as modified
and properly prepared, will be circulated to the individual board members
with a public hearing tentatively set for our next meeting date if all
material is ready.
2. Duane Hurlbutt presented his revised plan for 4 lots on the west side
of Sunset West Circle on existing road. Lot sizes vary from 2.14- 2.70A.
SCS report was submitted. Concern was expressed over the location of
the transmission line. sketch was adequate. If final papers are ready,
to circulate to members, a public hearing will be scheduled for our next
meeting date.
3. Atty. Shirley Egan appeared with Rocco Lucente and Warren Buck and explained
in detail the"proposed use, legal requirements, etc. for the common lands
which are part of the Lucente proposal for the land off Hanshaw Rd. Concern
was expressed by the members over the proposed layout to see if it could be
satisfactorily modified so that each unit might have better visual access to
more green space of the common areas. Some members are also quite concerned
over the possible noise levels.
