I {ighway Superintendent, Leland Cornelius, would like to purchase a new loader. Old Loader is 17 years old (1968) and needs a lot of repair. Moved by Mr. Sovocool, seconded by Air. Cummings to authorize Leland Cornelius to prepaxe specs and advertize for 1985 new or used Wheel Loader w/bid opening to be June 11, 1985 at 8:30 P.M. Ayes - Sovocool, VanBenschoten, Cummings, Robinson Absent - Graham Claim Nos 147 to 174 of the Highway Fund in the amount of $ 15,255.05 and Claim Nos. 183 to 215 of the General Fund in the amount of $39,055.66 were presented for audit. These are the same eleven roads we declared abandoned at our April 9th meeting. This hearing is to remove them from the Official Town Map. Consensus of board that we would be setting a dangerous presidence if we do it and that we should go by the ordinance at this time. Moved by 19r. Four names plus two alternates were drawn for the program as follows: Judy Drake, Sue Tvaroha, Chad Diedrickson, Scott 111halen and a,lterhates. Greg Wi.ely and Dan Tvaroha in the respective order. Towns reimbursement is 50% for sure and possibly 60% from County. Copies of-letters to H. Griep and E. Wilson from Zoning Officer were reviewed. Report from Lyle Raymond, Representative on Environmental Management Council was reviewed. Copy of DEC letter to Jon Harrington regarding Gleason Gravel Mine Permit with Town Special Conditions was read. I
