Major subdivision proposal plans no Longer meet Town creteria. County Planning Office in major process of defining airport hazard zone. Accoring to creteria, zone goes through some of Lucente land, not thro,igh lands of which he brought in for sub- division. With water and sewer there is no problem with soil. Adequate buffer along back line. There is a concern with drainage through Cornell Univ. Also, pond in Sapsucker Woods Sanet!.iary. There should be another road through area according to density. Will check with Highway Supvr. Gene Ely gave final report on 'Town of Dryden Recreation facilities. Community Assoc,, active in I'own. Mr. Ely talked with people from Wiest Dryden, Ellis Hollow and Etna. Federal revenue money received used to develop in area. Basically, ` ►'own is well off, parks not pressing at moment with density as is. Concern with developing school sites, High School, Elementary School as a recreation facility. Community Assoc. should be oncoi_irged. Suggestion of a sli.rvey in Town of resident feelings. Some areas of Dryden should be preserved. Dryden lacking* in swimming pool facilities. Y r. Feick - 1,1r. Liicente - 22 lots - Preliminary basis i can be made 100 ft. SCS report presented. Recommend to have 2 means of getting in and ont of subdivision. Con-aern with culvert across Hanshaw Rd. Need imput from Cornell '1niv. , draining down on Warren farm, Fall Creek Water shed.. Need map showing another road ooiog to Hanshaw Rd. and overall map showing what will be done with all land.. Check with County Planning. 1. lot lines defined on paper 2. show way road will come out on Hanshaw Rd. what effect drainage would have on cl.ilvert. Planning wants something from County Planner in writing. Floyd PAorter - Morris Rd. Mr. Pierce wants to b-y some land from Ar. Morter, 150 x 300. Mr. Van Sickle has a. 6 -lot subdivision across the road. trill discuss the selling of land and building on it, some direction on zoning, lot sizes in rural areas. Town Bd. and Planning 3d. get together on this. What constitues a. major or minor sub- division. Can you sell one lot at a time or sell whole parcel. Decision pending on this.
