Meeting commenced at 8 :00 p.m.
Keith Lampher — Freeville, New York

John Haight, surveyor presented preliminary sketch. Mr. Lampher is seeking
permission to build. 3 6 —unit apartments and 2 duplex buildings which will be
done in phases. These units will be on land Mr. Lampher owns on Johnson Rd.
and Route 13 adjoining Fool Town, Applicant also plans to build as 601 privat
road to servicle complex. Mr. Lampher stated this will be under singe owner
ship. It was also mentioned other people are involved.: The-board questioned
f,Rture disposition of the complex. It must meet subdivision requir6ments if
sold off in pieces. The present plan does not meet this. Parking facilities-
for the complex were mentioned. It was suggested parking should'be out of
sight behind the buildings. Applicant stated this-would-create problems with
the septic system. It would also create problems for the tenants,in.regard t
walking to their apartment,
The Planning Board sent the proposal to the 'Town Board with a favorable
recommendation and a. sixggestion that the road meet town specifications.

,. Rotunda is going to buy 7.6 acres from Benard Cornelius, Landis located
on Ringwood Rd. with 194' road frontage. Applicant would like -to construct
Three 1— bedroom cottages, The Board suggested to Mr. Rotunda that he' check
with the NYSE &G in regard to providing utilities.
Other Business
Disci..ission on building permits. The Board suggested changing its regulations
so that Health Dept. approval be received before a building permit is issued.
Board Member G. Hanford so moved this be done. Board Member M. Peak. seconded
motion.
The Board held a discussion on the present fee of SiO.00 for a building permit
Suggestion was made fee be raised. Proposal was approved a =2.
Chairman B. Caldwell reported on the Dept. of Transportation with the! sign
situation in Dryden. Eventiyally all signs within the state highway right-of—
way will be removed. Billboard action will be taken at a later date,
