Absent: Chairman B. Caldwell, Tb ;Member C. Cotterill.
Board \'ember Alton Reed chaired the meeting in the absence of B. Caldwell.
Robert Geiger_ V alloryvilie Rd.
Mr. Geiger presented maps of property to the Board for review. Applicant
was present at the.Aug. 8, 1974 meeting to present a sketch plan of his
property. He wishes to build 3 cabins for rental purposes, but possible
future sale. Road frontage is steep but sufficient. Cabins will be
serviced by a driveway behind them. This is classified as a major sub-
division.
The Board gave their approval to Mr. Geiger to proceed with plans. 'lhe
property needs to be siirveyed, Health Dept. Apj)roval along with a SC.S report.

The ";own Roard referred Vr. E;uvard to the Planning Board. Applicant
presently has 23 iinits in his Park. He is requesting permission for an
additional 4 more.
