Mr. Brotherton's previous permit expired. Applicant i

Discussion on building permits. Suggested iequiring a P�iblic Hearing before
issuing permits, Research %ill be made on this subject and recommendations will
be made to the 'Town Board,
Airport hazard area - Airport hazard zone has never been placed on map. `town,
Board. Member C. Cotterill talked on issuing permits in the hazard zone. the
Board will not issue any permits unless the State approves. Discussed building
permit for the Etna Nursery School. Proposed building will be in hazard zone.
Chairman B. Caldwell stated Flood maps are now available accordipg to the County,
Planning office. The Board will now proceed with that part of the ordiance. Mr.
Trumbo will pick up copies of map for the next meeting. `1B Member C. Cotterill
asked about an lip to date map on zoning, with new road names placed on map.
These are at County Planning Office and should be ready in 3 weeks,
