'Present - Chairman Caldwell, M. Peck, R. Everett, C. Kelemen, G. Hanford,
• C. Cotterill Town Board member, S. Stewart Zoning Ufficer..
Absent - A. Reed, He Roberts
Meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m.
Bearing #1 - Clint Cotterill - "Forest Heights" 7 lots
Mr. John Haight, representing; Mr. Cotterill presented plans to, the Board.
Health. Certificate presented. Mr. Calhoun of S.C.S. presented an excellent
report and,reeommeadations to the Board on the soils, run -off and other
environmental factors.
Motion offered by G. Hanford and seconded by M. Peek that Conditional
approval he given to Mr. Cotterill with the following conditioas..
1• S.C.S. drainage and. soil recommendations be incorporated in final plan.
2. Final approval on road construction be granted,
400 Graded land receive temporary seeding.
Copy of any deed restrictions be filed with the Planning Board,
5. Easement for maintainance of drainage to lots six and seven.
Hearing #2 - Miekael Pr.onlx - "Cotteapateh" Major subdivision on Ed Hill itd.
Total of 9 lots in subdivision. Mr. John Haight representing Mr. Proulx.
Mr. Prei.ilx also present. Health Dept. approval. Mr. Calhoun from S.C.S.
reported on soils, rmn -off, and other environmental factors.

Mr. Proulx was .given conditional approval subject to the following stipulatiois.
1. Ohtain individnal health dept. approval an lots #4 and 5.
2. Buyers to be informed the subdivision is surrounded by Agriealtural
District land.
3. Pond be called a marshy pond.
4. Sale of an undersized piece of land on the west of the proposed road be
• limited to the adjacent property owner.
5. The undersized piece of land not be considered a building let..

Hearing, #3 — Duane Hsrlbutt Addition to "Fountain GIs" su"ivision cancelled.
A hearing will be,scheduled at a later date.
