Minutes of February meeting were approved as mailedo 2. Exact wording on multiple res. area requirements (bedrooms vs. units) approved and to be cBnt to tle Town Board in a separate letter. 3o Mro Schultz 'resented plans for a minor subdivision, it being a second y intended to, be sold off Us farm. The space left will be adeqwte for additional lots and satisfactory rights of way for possible future development of back land. The area being left for possible future roads allows satisfaetpry visibility.
