There is a question as to whether this property is zoned commerical. �Ir. Watson stated that he p!.irchased the land to event�tatiy •ise cs commerical and has checked with the health Dept. on this. Applicant will have to sec +ire a special permit to build, and the Board instructed Mr. Watson thc.t as his plans develop for blrildint,, it would ')e a good idea to keep nearby residents informed of plans.
