Minutes of the last meeting were approved. _

. Submitt-ed all certificates of performance, waiting for Health Engineers
signature on maps \A_pproved by Planning Board. No opposition.

Discussion on water run -off on Sectional 'which has effect4d property

correction by installing; settling pond and regrading sharp dip on
one section of creek bed. Refer to Sect 7.14 - "All drainage faciliMet
ties (ditches, culvers, etc.) required by Planning Board shall be in-
stalled and banks shall be stabilized to prevent erosion."
Chairman Alton Reed scheduled meeting of Trailer Park owners on pro
posed trailer park ordinance on May 26th at 8 p.m. in the Varna Community.
Center.
It was agreed that board members over discussed areas of lard within
their jurisdiction.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the
Planning Board of the Town of
Dryden will hold a public hearing,
pursuant to Section 276 of the Town
Law, on the application of Duane
Hurlbutt for approval of a major
subdivision,- "Fountain Glow, Sec-
tion II" located on the west side
of Pinckney Road, 1/4 of a mile
north of Lower Creek Road.
SAID HEARING will be held on the
21st day of May, 1970 at the town
offices at 8:00 p.m. at which time
all interested persons will be given
an opportunity to be heard,
