The Town of Dryden Planning Board opened its March meeting at 8:00 p.m. ! at the Town Hall. Public Hearing: Major Subdivision "Hickok Highlands" -- (Periculum Corp. William T. Keeton, Harrison W. Ambrose.111, Frank Hanshaw Advertisement re public hearing read aloud. Mr. William Keeton and Mr. Harrison Ambrose presented plans before board. Noting they had complied with all specifications suggested at the February 2, 1970 meeting, the board gave their approval - subject to Town and Highway approval. • Public Hearing: Major Subdivision "Deer Haven" -- (A. I. Reed and Je M. F Advertisement re public hearing read aloud. The board gave their approval subject to Town and Highway approval. Re: Proposed Subdivision "Forest Hights, Section 2" -- (Clinton E. S • • 1 1 I I i t Town Planning Board dd ' March v Robert Wells suggested a list of instructions be drawn up on procedure to take when conf ront.ed with •a subdivision, .(ie. how 'thorough is the board in checking road construction, deeds, etc.). Mr. 'Tells reported a zoning ordinance with new ammendments and a zoning schedual printed on the 'back of the map was being .printed. Alton Reed read a letter, from the Town of Camillus in.regard to the evaluation of Egner &,:.N1ederkorn Associates, Inc. The Planning Board gave their approval. Barbara Caldwell presented the board with a copy of "Local Planning and zoning" and "Control of Subdivision': Copies of "Suggested Ordinance Regulating Mobil Home Parks" are to be duplicated and sent to board members for each to study and make notations and revisions before the board meets April 21 1970 with the purpose of drawing up:a Trailer Park Ordinance Regulating Mobil Homes. It was suggested a Board Committee meet with a committee from the Mobil Home Association before having a public hearing to acquaint everyone on the aspects of Trailer Ordinance.
