Chairman Curtiss stated that no construction could begin until road is deeded over to the Town. He explained that the main purpose of the Subdivision Regulations has to do with roads being properly constructed so that the Town will always be willing to take them over and give road services* This is a protection to the Town as well as •prospective buyers of new homes in these subdivisions. The building of homes on this subdivision is not contemplated this Fall. Section 1 of Ellis Highlands consists of .five lots with road name Eagle's Head Road. This is in the area of the Airport and commercial places are now in existance. There were questions on trailers, how Zoning will be enforced, and what happens to violators.
