HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-04-11o i April 11, 1966 MEMO TO: Planning Boardf 1114111embers Enclosed are the minutes to last month's meeting. Also the press release for the public meeting on the SE road name changes proposed.. Call me immediately if you see any error or addition. See you all on April 21. Fred. Lengemann will have a. report on a meeting he attended. Happ Sadd may be there with his major subdivision, which shouldn't take too long. Then we launch into the great SW section and our real challenge. Please be thinking of that area and recommendations you may have. I don't know if it will be possible to have our final public meeting on that area in one month, but if we can it would be good.. One additional•problem w e have ignored is the names of some of our State roads; that situation, at least, may take one more meeting. We are making ground, however, and hopefully by this summer Mr. Denman will be able to have all the cards together and in early fall we'll have the blitz campaign of informing everyone, getting some signs up ( ? -), and having a new town map produced. I hate to even think of this, but please be thinking of possible replacements for Fred and Ben; they'll be leaving us this summer for at least a full yea.r - =46111 hope no more. Hope you all had a nice Easter. See you next Thursday'. 1. PS. I've asked Mr. Denman to come again next Thursday. a;...,0 .iqk '^';i s • M'v 1 f f TOW( OF DRYDE! 0RYDENq NEW YORK r—, April 11, 1966 FOR RELEASE AT ANY TIME IN THE HEART OF FINGER LAKES REGION TOWN OF DRYDEN HOLDS THIRD MEETING FOR ROAD NAI1F CHANGES The Town of Dryden Planning Board has called a public meeting for Thursday, April 21, to determine ±XIS public acceptance of proposed road name changes in the southeast section of the town.
