Services For School Districts, Governmental and Not -For -Profit Organizations
Auditing Services
Auditing School Districts, governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations is a very specialized
area of public accounting. Our firm made the commitment long ago to be a leader in this field. Other
firms may provide auditing and accounting services to a limited number of government and not-for-
profit organizations, but few firms have made the commitment of time and resources that we have
made to become true experts in this area. Our substantial expedience over the years makes us uniquely
qualified to provide accounting, auditing and consulting services to these organizations.
Consulting Services
We have a group of highly trained professionals who specialize in this area. Tn addition to performing
accounting and auditing services for governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations, we
perform a variety of consulting engagements for these clients, including advising on financial policies,
procedures and compliance and performing strategic planning engagements. We have also performed
several Agreed Upon Procedure Engagements focusing on Internal Control and Compliance attributes.
Employer Benefit Plans
Ciaschi Dietershagen Little and Mickelson has a team of professionals with extensive expedience in the
auditing and taxation of employee benefit plans. Our engagements include audits of defined benefit
pension and defined contribution plans and 401(k) and 403(b) testing, including non-discrimination
testing. We consult with clients on the selection of pension and employee benefit plans, review plan
documents and prepare Farms 5500 where required.
