Claim Nos. 209 to 238 of the Highway Department in the amount of $38,075.05 and Claim Nos. 227 to 246 of the General Fund in the amount of $1,714.6o were presented fox audit. Supervisor and Highway Suparintendent wrote letter to Allen Cob= of the Department, of Environmental Conservation regarding emergency work to be done in Peg Mill Creek to replace broken water line and culvert replacement, RMOLUTION NO, z4 - AUTHORIZA'T'ION FOR HIGHWAY SUPKRINTENDINT TO WOP;K IN STREAMS Moved by Mr. VanBenschaten, seconded by Mr. Cummings Ayes - Gwn�aings, VanBenschoter, Graham, Robinson RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorize the Groton Town Highway Superintendent to do work in at]xea;os in the Tokm of Groton when he dei,'MS it necessary. Supervisor will check into and get back to Mr. Caxgill. Roger Gleason would like Town to give :release on property he purchased fxom Lockwood whiQh still has a 1938 Agreement with Town authorizing Town to take gravel and build roads. RESOLUTION NO. Z6 - RALEASE OF ANY RIGHT, TITLE AND ZNTERFST ON FROPERTY LOCATED ON OLD STAGE POAD Moved by hir. Graham, seconded by Pix'.
