Proof of said coverages shall be provided to the TOWN at the inception of this agreement. 6. The TOWN acknowledges that the FIRE COMPANY is a member- 6- the Tompkins County Mutual Aid network, and that in the event the fire=fighting apparatus and personnel of the FIRE COMPANY are out of the district, the FIRE COMPANY shall -- hallarrange-through arrange- throughMutual Aid for fire protection for the district, as- herein required, during its absence. 7. ENFIELD FIREIRE$f-UE Carbon Monoxide Investigation NOTICE OF FINDINGS Carbon Monoxide is an odorless, tasteless, colorless gas that is DEADLY. It is a by-product of a fuel burning process. It can cause symptoms that can mimic the flu, to unconsciousness and even death. Many combustion appliances around the home/business are capable of producing carbon monoxide :::when a fault or unusual condition exists. Since the source may be transient in nature, the source may not always be detectable. Over 100 PPM We have detected a potentially lethal level of carbon monoxide in the structure! It is not safe until repairs are made or the source of carbon monoxide is found and corrected. The building will be evacuated by Enfield Fire/Rescue, and may not be reoccupied without the approval of the Town of Enfield Code Enforcement Official. "Have your sources of carbon monoxide examined and repaired bya licensed contractor. The owner of the structure must notify the Town of Enfield Code Enforcement Oficial for re-inspection prior to re-occupying the structure. A replacement detector/sensor module should be installed. Carbon Monoxide affects many individuals differently, depending on the size and- medical history of the occupant. Therefore, families with young children or members =with medical conditions should take extra precautions in the event that carbon monoxide was detected.
