Seventh Meeting

The seventh
meeting was begun at 8:00
p.m.
January 12 with
Mr. McGory, Mr. Jcmes, Mr. Hanshaw, and Yx . Guest present. Mr. Ssdd had
notified the chairman that he would be away at that time, and unable to
attend. Mrs. Payne hLd notified the chairman that due to the dangerous con-
dition of the roads in her area, she wouldbe unable to attend.
Those present discussed in some det ^il the road name chrnges
on which the Town Board had taken official action. Faph member present
ways liven a copy of the chrInges and one copy was sent to I-r. Gibby.
The next meeting ?jtI!v.ns decided, would be at the call of the
Temporary Chairman, Mr. Sadd, C.s 1 . Guest had previously tendered his
resignC,tion due to circumstances beyond his control.
