The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.

ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Town Supervisor – Elizabeth Thomas
Board members- Michael Boggs, Rich Goldman, John Hertzler, Nancy Zahler
Town Clerk - Carissa Parlato
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 8am.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mr. Goldman made a motion to move into Executive Session at 8:01am to discuss pending litigation.
This was seconded by Mr. Hertzler and passed unanimously.
ADJOURN:
The meeting was adjourned at 10:15am.
