Minutes
Present: Alan Macomber, Walt Matyjas, Eric McConnell, Tracy Kurtz, Allen Green
Absent: Kristen Blackman, Nita Baldwin, Kris Bennett
Traev called the meeting to order at 6: 10. She welcomed Allen Green and introductions
were made.
Eric moved that we elect the slate of the following officers: Tracy as Chair, Walt for asst.
chair. Alan second. All were in favor.
Alan moved that we approve the December minutes and Eric second. All were in favor.
Alan Green discussed ideas for summer youth programs.
tie in with other planning efforts in the town and village
talk with Henry Slater about the Virgil Creek project
'Palk with Deb Granthum about the Ca}vga Lake Watershed
Extending the Shug Trail
Youth Rec Ballfield
Nature Conservancy project
Montgomery Park Play Ground
Alan moved that we accept the final allocation to CCE in the amount off $46,392. Eric
second. All approved.

Dryden Village Rep
Read Liaison List
All signed Card
The members would like a copy of the By Laws emailed, mailed, or brought to the
meeting on the 24`" of Feb for Discussion and possible changes.
Meeting adjourned at 7:05 by Eric, second by Walt, all approved.
