Mr. Dobson the town the present highway barns The board discussed the town's right of way to the cemetery adjacent to the present highway building, if the land is purchased by Mr. Dobson. In the purchase offer there is a section regarding Mr. Dobson charging the town rent for them using the present highway barns while the new building is under construction. The board decided to start with rental at $1.00 and not to exceed $250. per month. Farm Home Administration will not inspect the proposed site until they have reviewed architectural plans for the new building. Councilman Dietrich suggested when the highway housing issue goes to public referendum it should be listed on the ballot as: Plan A: Highway building Plan B: Highway and Town Offices Plan C. Highway, town offices, and community center Board members briefly discussed the Rte 96 Alternate Plan for rerouting traffice to the hospital. No decisions were made. Councilperson Oltz said a decision made by Bill Frederick at the June on John Benjamin's property. After agreed not to pursue the matter.
