Supervisor read the proposed resolution for the planned development for Ithaca Theatre Lighting Company. E OF B U I L R PRO STORA CHOOL PMEN FOR ELEC DING FESS GE B D I S Moved by Supervisor Miller, seconded by Councilperson Oltz, Roll Call vote: Absent; D�etrich - aye Oltz - aye Roberts - aye Miller - aye Shay Carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes. Supervisor Miller requested Mr. Pierce send a letter to the town stating he understands the planned development and will list the chemicals used in his business. Councilman Dietrich suggested Mr. Pierce be in contact with the fire department to review with them the layout of the building. t Councilperson Oltz moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:07 PM, seconded by Supervisor Miller and carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes. The town clerk read the notice of advertisement as advertised in the Ithaca Journal. Supervisor opened the meeting to the public for comments. Walt Sczepanski said he does not object to the proposed use of the Danby School as long as it is back on the tax roll. Herb Engman questioned the kind of chemicals used by the Theater Lighting company. Willie Pierce said the only chemical used is a freon base which is recycled thru the manufacture and very little of it is used. Hemmo Huttunen spoke in favor by Ithaca Theater Lighting, of the school being purchased Gay Huddle said she is glad the school is being occupied. Ithaca Theater Lighting Company have been good tenants so far. Mary Smith spoke in favor of the sale of the school. Councilperson Oltz said she reviewed the proposed resolution drawn up by the town attorney and felt the section {,d)_�tating use of school gym, be excluded from the resolution as the use of the gym is solely the Theater Lighting's descretion.
